Paul Arduca graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1975.
Three years after finishing his internship, he entered the surgical training programme at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne.
 
In 1979 he was awarded a scholarship to work in hospitals in Milan, Italy.  On returning to Australia, he started his own general practice in 1980 and was in full-time general practice until 1995.

1992 :  completed a Graduate Diploma in Venereology at Monash University.

1992-1995: consultant at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (a government-funded centre of excellence for the prevention, diagnosis and management of sexually-transmitted diseases.

1995:  established the Men’s Health Clinic at Freemasons Hospital, East Melbourne.

1997:  completed Master’s Degree in Public health, University of Melbourne.

1995-2003: Director, Men’s Health Clinic, Freemasons Hospital, East Melbourne. The clinic specializes in general health problems of adult men. The clinic sees undifferentiated genito-urinary and sexual health problems, of which erectile dysfunction constitutes a significant proportion.
